Summer salad with berries, raspberry dressing and Mestemacher gourmet focaccia

For the dressing

  • 20 grams of raspberries
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • some salt and pepper


  1. For the dressing, place the raspberries in a tall container. Add the other ingredients and blend finely with a blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and put it aside for a while.
  2. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and cut the cucumber into small pieces. Place the vegetables in a bowl. Sprinkle the berries over the salad and then pour on the dressing.
  3. Prepare the bread on the grill and serve with the salad.
