PURE NATURAL with salmon and cream cheese

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients for two sandwiches each:

  • 1/4 bunch dill
  • 4 tbsp. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 radish
  • 2 slices of Pure Natural
  • 4 slices of salmon
  • Cress to garnish

The recipes are suitable for all PURE NATURAL breads, all sliced Mestemacher wholemeal breads and Westphalian pumpernickel breads as well as GOURMET WHOLEMEAL CLASSIC and GOURMET PUMPERNICKEL breads.


  1. Wash the dill, cut the tops into fine pieces and mix with the cream cheese and horseradish to make a homogeneous spread.
  2. Wash the radish and slice finely.
  3. Spread the bread with the cream cheese, top with salmon and radishes and then garnish with the cress.
