Mestemacher Fitness bread with coconut curd and orange marmalade

  • 4 slices of Mestemacher Fitness Bread
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • 175 low-fat curd
  • 30 grams of coconut flakes
  • 4 tbsp of orange marmalade
  • 1 handful of coconut flakes and mint for garnishing


  1. Mix the quark and cream cheese. Fold in the coconut flakes.
  2. Cut the bread slices in half and spread with the coconut quark. Put the marmalade on the quark, making sure it is distributed evenly. To serve, decorate with mint and coconut flakes.
