Ajvar-cream cheese dip with Mestemacher PROTEIN POWER SNACK

  1. Mix the ajvar with the cream cheese and stir until foamy.
  2. Dice the onion and the bell pepper finely. Chop the chives finely. Place aside some chives for garnishing. Stir the ingredients into the cream cheese, season to taste with the spices and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining chives over the dip as garnish and serve with the crackers.


  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 4 tbs. of ajvar
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • ½ bunch of chives
  • 1 tsp. sweet paprika powder
  • Salt, pepper according to taste
