Sandwiches with ham and dried tomatoes

  • 1 pack of Mestemacher PURE NATURAL CARROT
  • 50 grams of cream cheese
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 dried tomatoes
  • 1 handful of olives
  • 1 handful of rocket
  • Salt and pepper according to taste


  1. Spread the cream cheese on the slices of bread Season with salt and pepper. Top half of the bread slices with rocket, ham and tomatoes.
  2. Cut the olives into rings and sprinkle on the topping. Place the second half of the bread slices on the topping and press down gently.
