Camembert dip with Mestemacher POWER SNACK

  1. Cut the Camembert into pieces and mash with a fork. Finely chop the onion and, together with the cream cheese and butter, add the mix to the Camembert. Stir the dip until creamy. Fold in just enough milk to ensure the dip gets the desired texture.
  2. Season to taste with the spices and refrigerate for two hours.
  3. To serve, slice the spring onion and chives into rings and sprinkle over the dip. Serve with the crackers.


  • 200 grams of Camembert
  • 75 grams of cream cheese
  • 20 grams of butter, room temperature
  • some milk
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 handful of chives
  • 1 tsp. sweet paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper according to taste
