Wrap-Pizza with ITALIAN organic spelt wraps

Ingredients for 3 pizzas

For the sauce:

  • 400 g peeled, whole tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

For the pizzas:

  • 3 Mestemacher ITALIAN organic spelt wraps
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced extremely thinly
  • 15 green olives, pitted
  • 1/2 green courgette, diced finely
  • 1/2 yellow courgette, diced finely
  • 2 red onions, cut into very thin strips
  • freshly-ground pepper
  • vegan parmesan cheese for garnishing
  • basil for garnishing

Preparation:

  1. For the sauce, squeeze the peeled tomatoes into bits using your hands and mix with the garlic, salt and oregano.
  2. Place the wraps on a baking paper-lined tray and spread with the tomato sauce. Top with bell peppers, olives, courgettes and onions. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for 10-15 minutes. Season the finished pizzas with pepper and garnish with parmesan and rocket.
