Muesli Bread with curd and blueberry jam

  • 4 slices of Mestemacher Muesli Bread
  • 150 grams of curd
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 50 grams of blueberry jam
  • some mint for garnishing


  1. Beat the curd until foamy and stir in the lemon juice.
  2. Quarter the slices of bread and spread with curd. Then put a tablespoon of jam on the curd and garnish with mint.
