Garlic-mint dip with Naan bread classic


  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 250 grams of cream yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • in each case 1/2 teaspoon salt, chilli powder, ground cilantro
  • sugar according to taste


  1. Chop the mint, grate the cloves of garlic finely and dice the onion. Thoroughly mix the ingredients with the yoghurt, olive oil and lemon juice. Place a bit of mint aside for garnishing.
  2. Stir in the spices and let the dip steep for at least an hour in the fridge. Before serving, season once again, sweeten with sugar if needed and garnish with mint.
