Hot peanut butter dip


  • 150 grams of crunchy peanut butter
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small chilli pepper
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly-grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 handful of peanuts


  1. Place the peanut butter and the coconut milk in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Peel the clove of garlic and chop it finely together with the chilli pepper, then stir in with the peanut butter cream.
  3. Season the dip with soya sauce, freshly-grated ginger and lime juice. Sprinkle the peanuts over the dip as garnishing.
