Westfalian pumpernickel with cheese
- 500 g of Mestemacher “Westfalian pumpernickel” or alternatively “Wholemeal Bread“
- butter for spreading
- 250 g cheese
- green and red grapes for garnishing
- Spread the bread slices with a little bit of butter.
- Cut the cheese into slices.
- Alternating, layer the bread slices with the cheese and stack
- Then cut the bread with topping into small triangles and garnish with grapes.
