Westfalian pumpernickel with cheese

serves 4

  • 500 g of Mestemacher “Westfalian pumpernickel” or alternatively “Wholemeal Bread“
  • butter for spreading
  • 250 g cheese
  • green and red grapes for garnishing
  1. Spread the bread slices with a little bit of butter.
  2. Cut the cheese into slices.
  3. Alternating, layer the bread slices with the cheese and stack
  4. Then cut the bread with topping into small triangles and garnish with grapes.
