Salmon and crab bites

for 6 persons

  • 12 slices of Mestemacher Gourmet wholemeal Classic
  • 12 slices of Mestemacher Gourmet pumpernickel
  • 12 slices of smoked salmon
  • 200g North Sea prawns
  • 1 glass of horseradish cream
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 half of a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of dill
  • salt and pepper
  • stalks of chervil for garnishing
  1. Spread the horseradish cream onto the Gourmet pumpernickel and wholemeal Classic slices.
  2. Place the smoked salmon onto 12 Gourmet slices of pumpernickel. Then garnish the salmon bites with a stalk of chervil and slice of egg.
  3. Season the North Sea prawns with salt, pepper, dill and lemon juice and place them on the 12 wholemeal slices. Cut the red onion into rings. Cut the lemon into slices and subsequently quarter it. Garnish the crab bites with onion rings and lemon quarters.
