Trout and cranberry bites

serves 4

  • 12 slices of Mestemacher Gourmet wholemeal Classic or Mestemacher Gourmet pumpernickel
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 125 g smoked fillet of trout
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 150g cranberry jam
  • Stalks of chervil for garnishing
  1. Generously spread cream cheese on the Gourmet wholemeal slices.
  2. Cut the cucumber into slices and the fillet of trout in chunky pieces.
  3. Put a blob of cranberry jam onto the Gourmet wholemeal slices.
  4. Then garnish with a piece of trout fillet, a slice of cucumber and a chervil stalk.
