Tomato-cucumber mozzarella-red onion canapés

For 12 canapés

  • 1-2 mini cucumbers
  • ½ red onion
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 mini mozzarella balls
  • e.g. Mestemacher protein bread – cut out into round shape or quarters
  • salt, pepper
  • 12 wooden skewers

Cut the cucumbers into thin strips. Cut the onion into fine rings. Put the vegetables and the mozzarella balls onto the skewers according to taste and then, in each case on a piece of protein bread. Then season with salt and pepper.
