Ham-melon-lemon butter canapés

For 12 pieces

  • 100g butter
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • salt, pepper
  • e.g. Mestemacher protein bread – cut out in a round form or quarter
  • ¼ cantaloupe melon
  • 12 slices of raw ham
  • red pepper
  • 12 wooden skewers

Mix the butter with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the protein bread with it. Cut the melon in pieces or cut out balls with a melon baller. Put a piece of melon and slice of ham on each piece of bread with a wooden skewer. Garnish with red bell pepper.
