Rote-Beete-Sprossen Taler

  • 12 slices of Mestemacher Gourmet pumpernickel or Mestemacher Gourmet wholemeal Classic
  • 150g beetroot sprouts
  • 250g egg spread
  • 150g gammon steak
  1. Spread the Gourmet pumpernickel slices with the egg spread.
  2. Finely dice the gammon steak and place on the pumpernickel bites.
  3. Then garnish with beetroot sprouts.
