Sheep’s-Milk-Cheese Tomato Cream

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 200 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 3 spring onions
  • Pepper
  1. Peel garlic, chop and place in a tall container together with Feta cheese and dried tomatoes (together with the oil). Blend to a dip using an immersion blender. Season with pepper.
  2. Clean the spring onions, then wash and cut them into fine rings.
  3. Stir the spring onions into the dip.
