Sandwich India

serves two

  • 1 Adler cheese cream
  • 1 pineapple
  • 200 g smoked chicken breast
  • 1 head of curly endive lettuce
  • 1 bag of dried apricots
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 2 cl orange juice
  • 1 Mestemacher Toast Bread Rolls
  1. Clean the lettuce, wash and pluck into small pieces.
  2. Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into thin slices.
  3. Coarsely chop the dried apricots and mix into the cheese cream, together with the curry powder and orange juice.
  4. Place a little bit of curly endive on a slice of Mestemacher toast bread roll, place the chicken breast on it and spread with the curry cheese cream. Place pineapple slices on them, cover with a second slice of bread and press down slightly.

Tip: This dish can be given a special note with coriander or sesame.
