Date-curry dip


  • 150 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of heavy sour cream
  • 50 grams of dates
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 1 spring onion
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon curry powder


  1. Beat the cream cheese with the heavy sour cream until foamy and stir in the olive oil.
  2. Chop the dates and the raisins finely. Cut the spring onion into rings and add the cut ingredients to the dip. Season the dip with the spices and allow to steep for at least two hours in the fridge.
