Protein bread with carrots, with avocado wedges

For 2 portions:

  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 4 slices of Mestemacher protein bread with carrots
  • salt
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • pink pepper berries
  • 20g sprouts (z. B. garlic and beetroot)
  • Some leaves of chicory lettuce
  1. Wash the tomatoes, halve them and remove the stems. Dice the tomatoes, put them on the bread slices and spread. Sprinkle with salt.
  2. Peel the avocado, cut it into wedges, drizzle with lemon juice and place it on the bread slices. Sprinkle with crushed pink pepper.
  3. Rinse off the sprouts and lettuce and let them drip off. Garnish the bread slices and toppings with these.
