Filled Wraps with Chives Cream Cheese and Salmon

  • 1 Pack of Mestemacher Multigrain California wraps
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt and pepper according to taste
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 250 grams of salmon
  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce


  1. Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Chop the chives finely before stirring them into the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the wraps thickly with cream cheese. Leave a margin of 1 cm free. Now top with cheese and salmon. Place the lettuce on the salmon.
  3. Roll the wrap up tightly, wrap it in foil and refrigerate for about an hour for the flavour to unfold.
  4. To serve, cut bite-sized pieces from the centre.
