Pesto Cream Cheese

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A squirt of lemon juice
  • 300 ml top-grade olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 100 g cream cheese
  1. Wash the basil and dab it dry.
  2. Peel garlic, chop and place in a tall container together with basil and the remaining ingredients. Blend to a creamy dip using an immersion blender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
