Fitness bread with curry cream cheese, spring onions and raisins

Ingredients serve 2

  • 2 slices of Mestemacher fitness bread
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 spring onion
  • 50g raisins
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (ground chilli peppers)
  • salt
  1. Chop the raisins and place them in a tall measuring cup together with the curry and water, and stir.
  2. Also add the honey, cayenne pepper and salt to the measuring cup.
  3. Put everything aside for about 20 minutes, so that the curry powder can soak.
  4. Then add the cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cut each slice of bread into six triangles and spread with the curry cream cheese.
  6. Was the spring onion, dab it dry and cut it into thin rings. Spread the spring onion on the breads.
