Fitness Bread with Berries, Quark and Honey

Ingredients for 2 bread slices:

  • 2 slices of Mestemacher Fitness Bread
  • 4 tablespoons of low-fat quark
  • Mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios
  • a little bit of lemon balm for garnishing
  1. In each case, place a tablespoon of quark on a slice of bread. Place the berries on top, put honey on and sprinkle with pistachios.
  2. Finally, garnish with lemon balm.
