Cream Cheese Cress Radishes Canapés

For 12 pieces

  • 6 radishes
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • Salt, pepper
  • e.g. Mestemacher Protein Bread – cut out into circles or squares
  • cress

Halve the radishes and cut them into fine slices. Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper and beat with a hand mixer. Fill the cream cheese into a piping bag with a star nozzle. Squirt the cream cheese on all bread slices. Place the radishes on top and garnish with cress.
