Cinnamon curd ghosts on walnut protein bread

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of Mestemacher walnut protein bread
  • 2 handful of dark grapes
  • 500 grams of curd
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • pulp of a vanilla pod
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 1 tbsp. red jam

Preparation

  1. Cut round slices from the protein bread. Wash and pluck the grapes and place a grape in the middle of each round slice of bread.
  2. Whip the curd, add the cinnamon, sugar and the pulp of the vanilla pod.
  3. Transfer the curd into a piping bag. Use a piping bag with a large round opening. Spray the curd around the grape.
  4. Carefully apply the jam to the eyes with a shashlik skewer and decorate the ghosts with a leaf of mint.
