Burritos with summer vegetables and tomato minced meat


  • 4 California wraps multi-grain by Mestemacher
  • 300 grams mixed minced meat
  • 300 grams tomatoes
  • 2 small carrots
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 150 grams Feta cheese
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • Salt, pepper according to taste


  1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Fry the minced meat in a pan, add the tomatoes and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  1. Dice the vegetables and fry these successively in a second pan. First add the carrots for three minutes before adding the remaining vegetables for five minutes, allowing them to steam.
  1. Dice the Feta cheese and chop the parsley finely. Stir both into the cooked vegetables.
  1. Heat the wraps in the microwave for 20 seconds at 700 watt.
  1. Place the minced meat in the centre of the wraps and layer the vegetables on top of them. Roll up the wraps according to package instructions. To help the burritos keep their shape, the ends can be wrapped in tin foil or baking paper. Serve warm straight away.
