Toast Bread Rolls with fresh lettuce and Emmental Cheese

  • Toast Bread Rolls
  • 100 g Emmental cheese
  • 1 head of curly endive lettuce
  • 5 radishes
  1. Prepare the Mestemacher Toast Bread Rolls according to instructions.
  2. Clean the lettuce, wash and pluck into small pieces. Wash the radishes and then halve them.
  3. Place Emmental cheese, a little bit of lettuce and radish slices on the bottom half of the Toast Bread Roll. Cover with the second half of the bread roll and press together lightly
