Breakfast wraps with herbed scrambled eggs and smoked salmon

for 4 wraps

  • 4 Mestemacher Wraps
  • 5 eggs
  • 8 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 small glass of trout caviar
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoons of oil

  1. Wash the herbs, dry them, remove the stalks and chop finely.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and herbs and stir.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, prepare the scrambled eggs.
  4. Prepare the wraps according to the package instructions, top with smoked salmon.
  5. Place the scrambled eggs on top, roll up the wraps tightly, cut them in slices and garnish with trout caviar.
