Pumpernickel-salmon sandwich in a glass

Ingredients for 2 glasses

  • 3 slices of pumpernickel
  • 150 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • ½ cucumber
  • 10 mini tomatoes
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • ½ bunch of herbs (parsley, chives, dill according to taste)
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash the herbs, chop them and fold them into the cream cheese. Season the herb cream cheese with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the vegetables. Finely dice the cucumber. Halve the tomatoes, pluck the lettuce.
  3. Cut the salmon in strips and the pumpernickel into little pieces.
  4. Successively layer all ingredients in a glass. First the pumpernickel, then the cream cheese (save a part of the cream cheese for subsequent garnishing). On top of it, layer the salmon, the lettuce, the cucumber and the tomatoes. As a final step, garnish with cream cheese and serve.
