Diced bread with carrot-radish cottage cheese, with Mestemacher PURE NATURAL bread

Ingredients serves 4

  • 8 slices Mestemacher PURE NATURAL
  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 radishes
  • ½ box cress
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • Salt and pepper according to taste

Preparation

  1. Finely grate a carrot and finely dice the radishes. Beat the cottage cheese and stir in the vegetables. Season the bread spread with curry powder, salt and pepper. Pluck the cress and fold it in carefully.
  2. Cut the slices of bread into four pieces. In each case, spread cottage cheese onto a slice. Place a second slice on top.
  3. Using a potato peeler, cut thin strips from the second carrot and wrap these around the diced bread.
