Rote-Beete-Sprossen Taler

- 12 slices of Mestemacher Gourmet pumpernickel or Mestemacher Gourmet wholemeal Classic
 - 150g beetroot sprouts
 - 250g egg spread
 - 150g gammon steak
 
- Spread the Gourmet pumpernickel slices with the egg spread.
 - Finely dice the gammon steak and place on the pumpernickel bites.
 - Then garnish with beetroot sprouts.
