Fruity Fitness Bread
Ingredients for 4 slices of bread:
- 4 slices of Mestemacher Bread
 - 200 g low-fat quark
 - 1 tablespoon of honey
 - Juice of ½ a lime
 - 20 g cashew kernels
 - 20 g almonds
 - 100 g blueberries
 - ½ mango
 - Mint for garnishing
 
- Stir the quark with honey and lime juice. Cover and leave to cool.
 - Roast cashew kernels and almonds in a pan, without fat, and chop coarsely.
 - Wash the blueberries.
 - Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the core and dice.
 - Spread quark on the bread slices, place the mango, blueberries, cashew kernels and almonds on them. Garnish with mint.
