RUF Group shareholders are purchasing the operating business of the Mestemacher corporate group. The Mestemacher Group companies will continue to be managed as independent units. Their products and markets will be added to the product portfolio and services of the RUF Group, which will thereby broaden its positioning.

Through focused and constructive negotiations, the shareholders of both corporate groups quickly came to the conclusion that this merger offers optimal opportunities and perspectives for both corporate groups to further develop the potential of the Mestemacher Group. The merger must still undergo an approval process under antitrust law. It is expected to be implemented before the end of August.
