Pumpernickel-salmon sandwich in a glass
Ingredients for 2 glasses
- 3 slices of pumpernickel
 - 150 grams smoked salmon
 - 1 head of romaine lettuce
 - ½ cucumber
 - 10 mini tomatoes
 - 150 grams cream cheese
 - ½ bunch of herbs (parsley, chives, dill according to taste)
 - salt, pepper
 
Preparation
- Wash the herbs, chop them and fold them into the cream cheese. Season the herb cream cheese with salt and pepper.
 - Wash the vegetables. Finely dice the cucumber. Halve the tomatoes, pluck the lettuce.
 - Cut the salmon in strips and the pumpernickel into little pieces.
 - Successively layer all ingredients in a glass. First the pumpernickel, then the cream cheese (save a part of the cream cheese for subsequent garnishing). On top of it, layer the salmon, the lettuce, the cucumber and the tomatoes. As a final step, garnish with cream cheese and serve.
