- 2 Mestemacher wheat pita
- 4 leaves of lollo bianco
- 1-2 stalks of celery
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tin of tuna
- 2 tablespoons of sweetcorn (tin)
- 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream
- Prepare the pita according to the instructions.
- Clean the lettuce, wash it and pluck it into smaller pieces.
- Peel the celery stalks and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the onion and cut it into rings.
- Drain the tuna and sweetcorn.
- Toast the pita and fill it with the ingredients.
