Smørrebrød with salami, ham and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 slices of organic wholemeal Mestemacher bread
 - Butter according to taste
 - 8 slices of salami
 - 8 slices of ham
 - 250 grams of mushrooms
 - 1 small onion
 - 1 gherkin
 - 50 grams of mayonnaise
 - ½ bunch of chives
 
Preparation
- Spread butter on the slices of bread and alternate layering it with salami and ham.
 - Cut each mushroom into eight pieces, chop the onion finely. Fry the onions and mushrooms in the pan and then place the mixture on the slices of bread.
 - Cut the gherkin into slices and place on the mushrooms.
 - Garnish the breads with mayonnaise and finely chopped chives.
