grain [whole rye meal (37 %), whole rye flour (8 %)], barley flakes (5 %), oat flakes (5 %), water, linseed, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), oat fibre, sesame, yeast.

May contain traces of soy, milk and tree nuts.
