Tuna pita

  • 2 Mestemacher wheat pita
  • 4 leaves of lollo bianco
  • 1-2 stalks of celery
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetcorn (tin)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream
  1. Prepare the pita according to the instructions.
  2. Clean the lettuce, wash it and pluck it into smaller pieces.
  3. Peel the celery stalks and cut into thin slices.
  4. Peel the onion and cut it into rings.
  5. Drain the tuna and sweetcorn.
  6. Toast the pita and fill it with the ingredients.
