Lime Chilli Quark

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small chilli pepper
  • 250 g of high-fat quark
  • 3 tablespoons of finely cut chive rings
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • Salt, pepper
  • Honey

1. Peel garlic and chop finely.
2. Halve the chilli, remove the seeds and chop finely.
3. Stir the quark with garlic, chilli, chive, olive oil, lime juice and lime zest. Season with salt, pepper and honey.
