Fig-gorgonzola pita

  • 2 Mestemacher wheat pita
  • some leaves of lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • salt, pepper
  • 8 walnut kernels
  • 2 figs
  • 60g Gorgonzola
  1. Prepare the pita according to the instructions.
  2. Clean the lettuce and wash it.
  3. Stir olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
  4. Halve the walnuts.
  5. Halve the figs and cut them into slices.
  6. Dice the Gorgonzola.
  7. Toast the pita and fill with the ingredients.
