Conny – the curry and cheese worm on curd bread

Ingredients for 4 bread servings

  • 4 slices of Mestemacher curd bread
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 150 grams of feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. of curry
  • Salt and pepper according to taste
  • 12 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tomato for the mouths
  • 2 spring onions for the feelers and the hair
  • Whole peppercorns for the eyes and noses
  • 1 bunch of parsley for decoration

Preparation

  1. For the cream cheese dip, dice the feta cheese finely and mix it in with the cream cheese. Stir in the curry and season with salt and pepper. Let the cheese rest for about one hour.
  2. Pluck the parsley, wash it and place it on the plates. Cut the bread slices into the form of a worm and place them on the parsley.
  3. Form a larger cheese ball for the head. Place three small balls behind it. Put one cocktail tomato on each of the small balls.
  4. Cut mouths out of the large tomato and decorate the face with peppercorns and spring onions.
