This tasty whole rye bread is ideal for a cholesterol conscious diet. Freshly ground in our own mill from whole grains. High fiber content. Try it toasted with cheese.

Ingredients:
crushed whole rye grains (30 %), whole meal rye flour, oat flakes (3 %), water, non-sulphurated sultanas (5 %), hazelnuts (2 %), sunflower seeds (2 %), linseed (2 %), salt, oat fiber, sesame, yeast.
